SHIPPING INFORMATION
Welcome to our shipping policy! Please make sure that you read all sight policies and terms and conditions before making a purchase with us! It is your responsibility to have a thorough understanding of these before buying from CROSSFIRE CLOTHING.

If you don’t agree with our policies and terms and conditions, that’s totally okay! However, we strongly advise that you do not make a purchase with us as this is entering into a legally binding contract.

CHANGE OF POLICY
That’s right! CROSSFIRE CLOTHING moves with the times, which means that our policy is subject to change. But don’t worry! Our customers will always be notified about changes to the policy via email. You’ll never miss a beat!

SHIPPING ADDRESS
• It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that they have correctly written their name and address when placing an order
• CROSSFIRE CLOTHING is not responsible for incorrect spelling and/or addresses given by customers
• If incorrect information is provided by the customer, the order will be returned to us via the same shipping method. Upon the return of your order, you will be issued with a store credit minus the return shipping fees charged to us by the courier

SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA
• For all orders over $100 we would love to offer you FREE EXPRESS shipping. This will automatically be applied at the check-out once your cart is over $100.
• For all shipping time-frames within Australia, please refer to the Australia Post calculator via the link below: https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/calculate-postage-delivery-times/#/

• Please note: these time-frames are only estimations and we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive within the given time. However, please rest assured that our team works as hard they can to get your order out to you as quickly as possible
• Orders under $100 will incur a flat rate of $7.50 for EXPRESS shipping
• Orders under $100 will incur a flat rate of $7.00 for STANDARD shipping

SHIPPING TO NEW ZEALAND
• For all orders over $150AUD we would love to offer you FREE SHIPPING. This is automatically applied at the check-out once your cart is over $150AUD
• Please allow between 3-7 business days for FREE SHIPPING
• Orders under $150AUD will incur a flat rate of $15 for EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
• Orders under $150AUD will incur a flat rate of $10 for STANDARD INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

SHIPPING TO THE UK
• For all orders over $150AUD we would love to offer you FREE SHIPPING. This is automatically applied at the check-out once your cart is over $150AUD
• Please allow 6-12 business days for FREE SHIPPING
• Orders under $150AUD will incur a flat rate of $25 for EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
• Orders under $150AUD will incur a flat rate of $13 for STANDARD INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
• Please take note of the UK government’s CUSTOM FEES

• For all orders over $150AUD we would love to offer you FREE SHIPPING. This is automatically applied at the check-out once your cart is over $150AUD

TAXES AND DUTIES
Please be advised that it is the sole responsibility of the international customer to understand their government’s taxes, import duties and customs fees that they may incur when importing their purchases. CROSSFIRE CLOTHING is not responsible for covering the cost of any international taxes, import duties or custom fees. For further information, please contact your local customs office.

PRE ORDER SHIPPING
We will ship your PRE ORDER purchase once it lands in our warehouse. You will be notified once it has been shipped, and will receive tracking information via email. Once it has been shipped, you can apply the above shipping time-frames to your order.
Please also note that we will not ship your order until all of your items are in the warehouse. If you need an item before your PRE ORDER item will arrive, then we highly recommend making two separate purchases.

SALE/HOLIDAY PERIODS
These are busy times for CROSSFIRE CLOTHING! While customers are to expect delays during this time, don’t worry! You will be notified of changes and delays at the check-out.
